engagement pictures outfits?
My fiance and I will be getting our engagement photos done soon. He has an outfit where he wears black slacks, a white button down shirt, and a grey vest. He is artisic and has a lot of tattoos. I was thinking of wearing grey slacks, and a white 3/4 sleeve shirt with a small black bow broach. Will this be a good idea?
Also we want photos of us in jeans. Any good websites that have balanced couples clothing?
I think what’s important about outfit selection is that your outfits are coordinating, without being too "matchy-matchy." I think your initial idea of him in the slacks/button-down/vest is good – it might be cute if you even wore a cute black dress.
Some more casual shots in jeans would be nice too. For him jeans, a white button down with the sleeves rolled up and you in a more feminine version – fitted jeans, cute top, and cute shoes that "pop" for some added drama and excitement.

Neutral colors sound like a good way to go. That way whatever location background you choose you won’t clash. It’s also good that you are matching each other’s level of "dressiness". It wouldn’t make sense if one of you was super casual and the other in a suit. Have fun!
